How to Measure

Measure the ankle at its narrowest point, the calf at its widest point, below the knee approximately 2–3 cm down, and the thigh approximately 5 cm below the groin.

For thigh-high length, measure from the base of the heel up the inside of the leg to the thigh measurement point.

Important: Take measurements in the morning where possible, before swelling develops. All circumference measurements should fall within the selected size range.

Please note: Compression stockings should be selected according to individual measurements and healthcare professional recommendations where appropriate.
