How to Measure
Measure the ankle at its narrowest point above the ankle bone, the calf at its widest point and just below the knee approximately 2–3 cm below the knee joint. For stocking length, measure from the base of the heel to just below the knee.
Measurements should ideally be taken in the morning before swelling occurs.
